How a strategic rebrand scaled a local festival 2.5x
I partnered with Linda Poole, the founder, and Andrea Arnot, the executive director, to translate their community-centric vision into a modern, scalable brand identity.
Through stakeholder workshops, we aligned on a new direction that honored its roots while appealing to a wider audience. The rebrand—including a new logo and website—became the engine for growth, directly enabling a 2.5x increase in attendance and helping secure national recognition, including a feature on CBC News.
